Read every comment filed on Docket CFTC-2026-1189, the CFTC's proposal to drop a 15-year ban on gaming-related event contracts in favor of a case-by-case public-interest review. Turns out 82.6% of the 1,383 comments belong to one of three organized campaigns. Strip those out, plus a 65-comment tribal sovereign bloc, and the independent voices left over split almost evenly, support versus opposition.

Identified every commenter and organization by name across all 101 comments, then sorted them by stance into ten blocs, from a retail wave pushing for daily data to a coordinated agricultural trade association bloc arguing for a more cautious twice-weekly step.

Revision of the Grizzly Bear 4(d) Rule Under the Endangered Species Act

A read of the first 5,000 comments on Docket FWS-R6-ES-2024-0186, the proposed revision loosening federal 4(d) protections for grizzly bears (the docket has more still coming in). Classified all 5,000 by stance. 86% turned out to be one organized campaign. Strip that out and the 675 independently written comments left split almost exactly down the middle, support versus opposition.
